Prostacheoceras skinneri (MILLER), Neocrimites cf. N. guangxiensis CHAO and LIANG
and Adrianites cf. A. insignis GEMMELLARO from the Lee Mine beds of Perak, Malaysia
and Agathiceras suessi GEMMELLARO, Adrianites elegans GEMMELLARO and Popanoceras
cf. P. scrobiculatum GEMMELLARO from unnamed beds of Sungei Cheroh, Pahang,
Malaysia, representing the Leonardian and Wordian ages of the Permian, respectively,
are described.  The above forms are somewhat intermediate between the Sosio fauna of
Sicily and the Bitauni-Basleo faunas of Timor or the fauna of the Yungsin Group in
southern China.  A link of this kind is critical in Permian ammonoid paleobiogeographic
  study.
