Summary: lt is possible to calculate allometric relationships in Ammonoidea from
measurements of the whorl-width, and shell- er umbilical radii.  These newly-
acquired features are examined with respect to their variability.  Correlations
between the individual constant factors are indicated.  A similar allometric growth
of shell-radius and whorl-width exists even in different species, whereas major
differences occur in the allometric growth of umbilical-radius and whorl-width.
With the aid of  the various "bautechnischen" capabilities the individual groups
are grouped together into larger units.
