Mezorulganites Andrianov 1985 [regarded herein as junior synonym of Yakutoceras Popov, 1965]

[Andrianov 1985, p. 27: Except the last whorl, conch is triangularly
ophiocone and triangularly discocone with triangular coiling of whorls
in all stages of morphogeny.  Whorls averagely involute, ellipsoid in
cross-section.  Umbilicus of moderate size, triangular (except last whorls),
stairstep-like.  Sculpture consists of radial lines in early whorls and is
evenly reticulate on later stages.  Four constriction per whorl.  
They form a lateral and a ventral sinus.  Ventral lobe thin, with sharp
prongs.  Base of umbilical lobe placed somewhat near the umbilical rim.]
